Website terms
These terms apply to your use of the Fusilair public website. By continuing to use the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
About Fusilair
This website is operated by Fusilair Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16006669. Our registered office is 51 Mays Drive, Westbury, England, BA13 3ZA.
You can contact us at enquiries@fusilair.co.uk or 07947 111153.
Website information
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and useful, but general website content is not technical advice, a quotation or a substitute for assessing your specific equipment, building or site.
Equipment suitability, capacity, availability, price, timing and regulatory requirements are confirmed only after the appropriate assessment and written quotation.
Enquiries, quotations and contracts
Submitting an enquiry does not oblige either party to proceed and does not create a contract. Any agreed scope, price, payment terms, programme, exclusions and warranties will be set out in a separate quotation, order confirmation or service agreement.
Accepting a quotation through the customer portal confirms acceptance of the terms contained in that quotation and authorises Fusilair to create and progress the related job.
Customer portal
Customer portal credentials are personal to the account holder. You must keep your password secure, provide accurate account information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, records or systems.
Emergency and service availability
Telephone support may be available for urgent breakdowns, but response time, attendance, parts and repair remain subject to engineer availability, location, safety, access and the circumstances of the fault. Nothing on the website guarantees a particular attendance or restoration time.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Misuse the website or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful information.
- Attempt unauthorised access to the website, portal, accounts or underlying systems.
- Introduce malicious software, interfere with operation or overload the service.
- Copy or exploit website content in a way that infringes our or another party’s rights.
Intellectual property and external links
Unless stated otherwise, Fusilair owns or is licensed to use the website content, branding and design. Brand names and logos belonging to manufacturers, social networks and other organisations remain the property of their respective owners.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that apply to consumers.
Subject to those protections, Fusilair is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website information instead of obtaining advice about the relevant equipment or premises, or for disruption outside our reasonable control.
Changes and governing law
We may update the website and these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights concerning where proceedings may be brought.
